GINI LARSEN: Gini Larsen is a N.A.N.C. certified Biblical Counselor who has been counseling women for more than ten years. She has served as a staff-level counselor at East Valley Bible Church(EVBC) and has written and taught courses for the East Valley Bible Church Institute since 2000.

In addition to her biblical counseling certification, her educational background also includes a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Arizona State University and a graduate certificate from The Institute at EVBC. Gini has an undergraduate degree in Special Education with an emphasis on learning and emotional disabilities.

Gini has been a  staff chapel speaker for Remuda Ranch Eating Disorders Clinic and Behavioral Health Center for ten years. She has also been a frequent speaker at churches and organizations in Arizona since 1998. She has written curriculum for more than 25 classes and teaches Woman’s Bible studies for her home church and in the Phoenix area .

The Larsen’s have been married since 1984 and live in Gilbert, Arizona. Larry Larsen is a C.P.A. who specializes in non-profit corporations. They have five children ages  15 -22 years old.

ROSIE PIERSON: Rosie Pierson is currently pursuing her NANC certification and is a counselor at Crisis Pregnancy Centers of Arizona. Rosie was born in Illinois and attended college there. She has a background in discipleship and mentoring and has written curriculum for the “Earn While You Learn” program at CPC. Rosie works extensively with young mothers and counsels women who are in life-dominating sins.

The Piersons have been married for 34 years and have three grown children. They llive in the Mesa area and attend Grace Covenant Church.

COLLEEN HAMMOND: Colleen Hammond is an Arizona native who attended Arizona State University. She is currently pursuing her NANC certification. Colleen’s passion is working with young women. She and her husband have been disciplers and youth leaders with Young Life for more than fifteen years.

Colleen has received much of her counseling training at East Valley Bible Church where she and her husband, Chuck, attend with their four children ranging in age from 4-22 years old.  Chuck has been the owner of a commercial landscaping company for more than twenty years.

TESSIE SCUREI: Tessie Scurei is a woman’s small group leader and mentor at East Valley Bible Church.Tessie is experienced as a youth leader and teacher in Woman’s Ministry at EVBC. She is currently receiving training from “LIFEWAY” as a post-abortion group facilitator/leader for Biblical Hope. Tessie specializes in helping train and equip women to lead small groups dealing with post-abortion related issues.

Practically a native, Tessie has lived in the east Valley for more than twenty years. She and her husband, Greg, own a manufacturing company and have four children ranging in age from 12-24 years old.
